Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Materials Handlers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As an Aftermarket Materials Handler you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged correctly and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is essential to our operations and requires individuals who can work collaboratively while adhering to established guidelines.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Overtime as scheduled
Duties
  • Accurately pack products into designated containers, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Label packages clearly and accurately according to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management by keeping track of packaged goods and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve packing techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good physical stamina, as the role may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
  • Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing setting is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
