Job Description
IMKO Pro is recruiting an Accounting Administrator to join a local long-standing Sioux City company. The Accounting Administrator will work primarily with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, while providing other financial, administrative, and clerical services. Accounts Payable duties include ensuring accuracy & efficiency of operations, processing & monitoring incoming payments, & securing revenue by verifying, classifying, computing, posting, & recording accounts payable data.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain Booking Databases & spreadsheets while updating information as needed
- Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payments & arrange payment plans
- Pay third-parties or employees by scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase orders, insuring credit is received for outstanding bills, and issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments
- Track budget expenses & create reports and balance sheets that document overall profit & losses
- Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
- Collect payments from customers & accurately record it into the system
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years Administrative or other office or clerical experience
- Experience with billing, quality assurance, scheduling, & service industry environment experience is a plus
- Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation & grammar, & be able to maintain a consistently courteous & professional tone of voice
- Excellent customer service skills, including listening & questioning skills
- The ability to remain calm & professional during tense or stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills & strong attention to detail
- Must be very self-motivated & goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in MSOffice including Outlook, Word, & Excel
- The ability to learn new computer software
