Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking 2nd Shift Machine Operators for a company in Kansas City, MO.
Forklift Experience is a must. Hours are M-F 3:45 p.m. to 12:14 a.m. with lunch/dinner at 8:15 to 8:45. Rate of pay will be $20 to $23.
Responsibilities include:
1. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
2. Operate, & maintain wire processing production equipment in the most proficient manner
3. Inspect finished product produced to ensure proper quality control standards are met
4. Attention to detail on all required operations
5. Utilize a rotating forklift to load, unload, and feed material through the plant
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe plant.
7. Meet established plant production goals, i.e. chop rates, change out times, shredding, etc
8. Attend all scheduled corporate training and required safety meetings
9. Perform limited maintenance on all equipment
10. All other duties as assigned.
