Job Description

This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.
IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking an assembler for a production company in Brandon.  The ideal candidate will have assembly experience, an excellent attitude, and excellent attendance.
Benefits of this position to you include:
  • Pays $17/hour 
  • Opportunity to turn into a full-time role potentially
  • Hours are Mon-Thurs 5 AM - 3:30 PM, but some opportunity for part-time may exist
Responsibilities include:
  • Performs standard assembly functions
  • Puts parts in the proper position and then attaches there
  • Uses basic tools to perform function (wrench, screwdriver)
  • May rotate station throughout shift

Requirements of Assemblers:
  • Basic computer skills & ability to learn new computer skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to meet all safety standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Excellent attendance 
  • Physical ability to perform the needs of the job including ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass urine drug screen (does not include test for THC)
