IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Representative for a company in Sioux Falls. This position ensures technology operates correctly. The position is a temporary role that will most likely be for 6-12 months but does not have a definite end date. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to troubleshoot routine problems, and familiarity with basic computer operation to be able to assist contacts.

Requirements of Service Desk Representative:
- Previous phone support experience with good troubleshooting skills.
- True concern for internal customers' needs.
- Able to handle high call volumes.
- Organized.
- Previous use of a ticketing system.
- Above average attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills through both verbal and written methods.
- 2 years experience using desktop operating systems.
- Familiarity with desktops and laptops as well as other technology.
- Familiarity with common software.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools.
- Excellent decision making skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check.
- Pays $18/hour
- Opportunity to turn into a full-time role
- Hours are 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM Fridays, to include a rotation of Fridays until 5 PM.
- Receives and prioritizes requests, making notes as appropriate.
- Works to resolve any issues that are easily resolved.
- Escalates concerns as appropriate.
- Meets organizational standards for customer service.
- Uses remote access to assist users when appropriate.
