Job Description

IMKO is recruiting a Sales Representative with 10 + years’ experience in the HVAC and PLUMBING profession. This position requires experience in HVAC and Plumbing code and discipline. The client prefers the applicant to have current IA Plumbing and HVAC licenses The Sales Representative will create sales, provide accurate estimates, prepare quotes and reviews with   the customers, etc.     This Sales Representative position is full-time, Mon-Thu 7am-5pm, Fri 7am to 11am and Saturdays as needed.   Sales Representative Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:
  • Create Sales.
  • Maintain Sales Kit Book, keeping prices current and updated.
  • Prepares Quotes from Sales work orders per customer requests. 
  • Visit the job sites, gather the correct information to prepare a quotation.
  1. Prepares quotes and presents to customers.
  2. Completes Sold, Sales, and Special orders.
  3. Confers with Project Supervisor and reads blueprints with them during phases of the project. 
 What you will make as a Sales Representative:  Pay: $70 K yearly ($36.45 per Hour)  Benefits  
  1. Paid Vacation after 1 year/40 hours, 2 years/60 hours, 3 years/80 hours, 7 years/100 hours,10 years 120 hours.
  2. Paid holidays after 6 months of employment- 6 holidays.
  3. Performance Reviews at 30 days, 90 days and annually.
  4. Heal insurance at first of the month following the 60 days of employment- approx. 70% of employee deduction is pre-taxed.
  5. Supplemental insurance of all types available at YOUR expense.
  6. Short Term Disability.
  7. Retirement – Simple Ira program after 3 years of employment.
