Job Description

IMKO is currently seeking a recruiter for our office here in Columbia, MO. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p       Pay: $16/hourNo overtime, no weekends!Temporary (3 month) assignment with possibility of permanent placement Expected start date of 10/16/2023
Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of all office communications such as phone calls, emails, and texting.
  • Making call backs from voicemails left after hours.
  • Accurately reviewing resumes and applications to  source and vet candidates for available positions.
  • Performing candidate tasks such as onboarding documents, screening, and drug test.
  • Other misc. office work such as scheduling, data entry, scanning, and customer service
  • Managing appropriate software for tracking and onboarding applicants

Qualifications:
  • Must have quality customer service skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Reliable and good work ethic
  • 1-2 years of office experience preferred
  • Previous HR/onboarding experience preferred
