Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions in Omaha is urgently seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Production Line Lead to join our team!
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Training and cross-training staff.- Ensuring necessary tools and materials are available for crews to accomplish tasks.- Overseeing production workers and training crew members on efficient operations.- Communicating with crew members regarding performance.- Coordinating with your supervisor regarding any repairs or preventive maintenance in the department.- Implementing, maintaining, and supporting all company policies and procedures, including safety and good housekeeping.- Operating or assisting with operating machines when needed.- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
PAY UP TO $30 AN HOUR!
