Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking care of counter customers, entering orders, making outbound calls, expediting orders, gathering quotes, generating quotes and customer service. generating new business opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients.
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
  • Provide knowledge of products during the sales process to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
