Job Description


IMKO is recruiting a full-time Staff Accountant to assist a very fast-paced industrial business with their financial side.  Customer Service is a top priority in this company.  The office staff are the first point of contact for the customers.  Staff Accountant Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to: 
  1. Answer phones, direct incoming calls.
  2. Administer the 
  3. Administer the Purchase Order materials process.
  4. Prepare daily and monthly accounting journals, back up information 
  5. Review ledger to make sure all entries are accurate 
  6. Process account Payable 
  7. Support month end / year end process 
  8. Other duties assigned  
 Qualifications  
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  2. 2 years or more accounting exp
  3. Advanced Computer skills  
  4. Valid Drivers License
